What to expect in real operations

Traditional chemical cleaning often depends on manual dosing — leading to waste, residue build-up, and surface damage.

In most cases, teams report an immediate improvement in day-to-day cleaning results. In environments with heavy chemical residue build-up from long-term overdosing, it may take a few cleaning cycles for residues to break down and for performance to stabilise.

Fixed dosing helps reduce variation between users and shifts

Stable input supports predictable outcomes

Designed to work with existing routines and machines

OwnBio® supports cleaning performance. Not a disinfectant

€1.20 per dose (up to 40l)

Predictable dosing that helps prevent overdosing

Example benchmark: If 1 dose supports ~1,000 m² of floor cleaning, your dosing cost is €1.20 per 1,000 m².

Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve compiled answers to some of the most common questions about the Starter Kit

Starter Kit — Dosing and Safety

  • One dose = 1 OwnBio® tablet dissolved in up to 40 litres of water.

This fixed dose is designed to make daily professional cleaning more consistent and help prevent overdosing.

    1. Dissolve 1 tablet in the water you use for cleaning (for example in a scrubber dryer tank or a bucket or spray bottle).

    2. Let it dissolve, then clean as normal using your existing routine and machine settings. Always follow your site Standard operating procedures and the machine manufacturer’s guidance.

  • Yes. Our €1.20 per dose model includes the consumable allocation used in our starter kit package (OwnBio® tablets + water stabilisation filters). This is intended to keep running cost simple and predictable across sites.

  • The Starter Kit includes a one‑time hardware setup plus your first supply of consumables. A simple breakdown is: €144 for the first 120 doses (120 × €1.20, filters included) + €181 for the one‑time dispenser/fittings/mounting components.

  • Hard water can increase variability in cleaning results and can affect residue and scale build‑up. We recommend a quick water-quality check (or share your latest analysis) so we can recommend the right setup: Ownwell Lite for many standard sites, or OwnPro (reverse osmosis) for sites with higher hardness or where maximum stability is required.

  • No. OwnBio® is designed to support cleaning performance in daily professional cleaning. It is not a disinfectant, and it is not marketed for disinfection claims.

  • In many sites, teams report improvement quickly in day‑to‑day results. However, outcomes depend on surface type, soil load, machine settings and routines.

  • If there is long‑term build‑up from chemical overdosing or heavy residue, it may take a few cleaning cycles for residues to break down and for performance to stabilise. This is normal in transition periods. The fixed dosing approach helps reduce variability between users and shifts.

  • We can provide the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and user instructions on request for your HSE team. If you need a specific language version, tell us which one and we will share the correct file.

  • Start with the Starter Kit and choose a defined pilot area (e.g., one building, one floor type, one team). Establish a baseline (simple visual checks + user feedback), run for 2–4 weeks with fixed dosing, and review results together. We can provide a short pilot template and a checklist to keep it consistent.
